Our Polices

CANCELATION POLICY:

A cancellation fee of 50% of your service will be charged for canceling 24 hours before your appointment. Please let me know at least 1-2 days prior and I will be happy to rebook you. Cancelations anytime after the 24hour window is 100% of the service fee, as we are unable to rebook another client within that time frame. Please reach out as soon as possible if an emergency has come up. If a card has not been put on hold you will be expected to send payment via Venmo, cash app, or an invoice notice will be sent. Consecutive cancellations within a month span will result in a 50% non refundable deposit in order to book in for future appointments.

LATE POLICY:

If you will be running a few minutes late please reach out to us immediately. If you are over 15-20 minutes late it will be considered as an appointment cancellation ,resulting in full service fee. If other accommodations can be made to fit you in,you may be charged a $15 late fee in addition to the performed service

SAME DAY BOOKING CANCELLATION: 

Given you are already within the 24 hour window of booking, you will be charged 25% for canceling. You will not be charged if I am notified of your cancellation at least 2 hours before appointment time

NO CALL NO SHOW: 

In the event of a no call no show you will be charged 100% of your service. If a card has not been put on hold you are still required to pay in full before rebooking. Please keep in mind this time was blocked out for you and it is an inconvenience not only to the business, but potential customers that missed out on that time slot.

IF I CANCEL:

In an unexpected circumstance of me canceling within 24 hours of your appointment due to personal reasons, you will receive 10% off your rebooked appointment. This does not include  reasons out of my control such as inclement weather,power outage or medical emergency.


Refund Policy:

There will be no refund to any services booked in. Each service once performed is time and supplies that cannot be taken back. Before each service we go through paperwork and the service is explained. If any questions arise that are within our control please let us know to insure you have a 5 star experience.

Retail Sales Policy:

All sales are final once purchased. If you are unsure what to purchase for your skin we suggest you book in for our Signature Facial first. Products used during service will give you a good idea on what to purchase. If you are still un sure *Limited sample packets are available upon request*.
